Baking applications

For baking applications the ColourQ 1200 is installed over the last part of the steel conveyor, where the baked products leave the oven.

This photo shows the ColourQ installed over a production line for biscuits at a Barilla factory in Italy. The instrument is mounted on a linear unit to check and compare the biscuits across the wide conveyor leaving the oven. Currently Barilla has 6 ColourQ instruments installed.

Very small variations are detected and reported. The ColourQ makes sure that your products are baked as needed and prevents waste.
