Abstract

Based on an agreement between Union-Zucker, Neltec, and the Sugar Institute (Braunschweig) a ColourQ instrument was installed in Nordstemmen for testing during the 1994 campaign. The purpose of the last was to check the correlation between the instrument and the ICUMSA-method 4, solution colour.
